Reservations for our guests aged 12 and over are accepted.
Price and Method of Payment
Payment can be made by credit card and EFT / Money Transfer with reservation.
Cancel and Change
The reservation will be guaranteed if the full payment is made.
For cancellations made 15 days before check-in date, payment can be refunded. If the guest or the first degree relatives of their relatives and deaths from a full-fledged state hospital, the official report to be taken with a reason other than 15 days before the beginning of the stay of cancellations, the full amount of the accommodation paid until that time is refunded.
The name change or date change must be notified to the hotel at least 15 days in advance. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Other Conditions
We love animals; but because of our general guest satisfaction and blue flag criteria, we cannot accept pets in our hotel.
